The Fire & Ice Run is a 5K, but it’s not your typical race… With over 15 obstacles, and elements of fire & ice, we guarantee you won’t go home disappointed! The Fire & Ice Run proudly supports the Seattle Cancer Care Alliance! Come show your support as well, either as a participant, or a spectator!!! We welcome everyone to come out and participate at our event.

We welcome everyone to come out and participate at our event. Our run is structured to be as hard as you want it to be. Most anyone of any age or physical ability can complete the course. We will have staff along the way just in case you need a helping hand. We will also have a few extra challenges for those brave-at-heart…
And of course the Fire & Ice Run would be honored to have any military personnel attend.
